Notice Description

Dudley MBC is seeking provision of architectural services as defined under the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stages 0 to 2 (Strategic Definition to Feasibility Design) for the design of one building known as The Dudley Towns Fund Higher Education Centre, Castle Hill, Dudley. The concept design will result in all design work and associated drawings and documentation for the submission of an Outline Planning Application (by others) for the potential demolition of the former Hippodrome Building and erection of a new multi storey educational facility. Additional information: This is a closed Tender and only invited consultancy will need to tender for this piece of work, Note the contract is procured in line with Council approval process for three quotes as per Contract Standing Orders Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
