Notice Description

The requirement is for the provision of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), Department for International Development (DfID) and FCO Services (FCOS). The EAP should be delivered by 24/7/365 confidential telephone helpline. This needs to be accessible from anywhere in the world. Counselling can be provided by telephone or face to face where appropriate. All Contracting Authority (CA) groups (staff, partners and locally employed staff) must be identified and reported on separately. It is particularly important that partners are identified to ensure we comply with HMRC tax liabilities. The FCO, DfID and FCO Services will require separate reporting as above and separate invoicing Additional information: The Provision of HR Employee Assistance Programme FCO, FCO Services, DFID URL is https://fco.bravosolution.co.uk/ (requires registration first time which is free and instantaneous), then navigate to Project_1501 / ITT 2033. Your Tender must be submitted electronically through the BravoSolution eProcurement Portal by 12:00 UK time on Wednesday 10th January 2018. Tenders not submitted via the Bravo portal will not be considered. All Tender documentation has been published, and all substantive communication between the Authority and tenderers will be conducted via the FCO's eProcurement Portal BravoSolution.
