Design, Supply, Install, Test & Commissioning of Industrial Laundry Equipment inclusive of maintenance - Northumbria Healthcare, Manufacturing Hub, Seaton Delaval.
Notice Description
Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management (NHFM) invites bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Laundry Equipment to be located at its Manufacturing Hub, Seaton Delaval. There are two options: Option A - A laundry facility capable of processing 30,000,000 pieces of laundry per annum (600,000 pieces per week), (10,000 pieces per hour). And; Option B - A laundry facility capable of processing 15,000,000 pieces of laundry per annum (300,000 pieces per week), (5,000 pieces per hour) For tenders to be considered as compliant Bidders must submit a bid for both options. The successful bidder will be required to assist the NHFM consultancy team to take the design of the building infrastructure from RIBA stage 2/3 to RIBA stage 4. The tender will be conducted following the PCR2015 Open Procedure. Tender documents can be obtained at https://procontract.due-north.com. Please note suppliers who are not already registered will be required to register on the Portal to obtain the tender documents. The contract reference number id is DN681227. Access to the portal is free of charge.
