Notice Description

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of an Active Travel Challenge. To support the infrastructure improvements being made under the Government's Active Travel funding, Swindon Borough Council wish to run an active travel challenge for residents in 2021. The challenge will reward residents for using active travel over the car, and seek to promote our new and existing infrastructure. We require the challenge to be online, preferably app based using: * Gamification * Rewards * Participant tracking * Monitoring The value is not to exceed PS25,000 and the contract period will be one year. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the Request for Quote (RFQ) documents. To participate, suppliers will need to register with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then register an interest before obtaining access to the RFQ documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Contract Period The contract will be initially for a period of 12 months commencing 15 March 2021. RFQ Responses RFQ Responses are required to be submitted no later than 1st March 2021, 1000 hrs UK Local time via ProContract portal - https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ Clarifications If you require any clarifications on the RFQ documents, please submit these in writing via Messaging in ProContract by 22nd February 2021 1000 UK Local time. The council's responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded periodically on the portal. Please note that this project has been advertised Contracts Finder, however, Supplying the South West Portal is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to this opportunity, bearing Project Id: DN524286 No RFQ submissions will be considered without completing the RFQ documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the documents.
