Implementation of a student admission system
Notice Description
. The project's main objectives/deliverables are: * Build and sustain a digital infrastructure that operates effectively and efficiently to meet the variant processes between UG and PG applications (one platform); * Implement an integrated application portal, for applicants and agents to self-manage their applications and interactions; * Pursue optimal development of technology solutions, by blending enhancements of existing solutions with new solutions (as appropriate), to support strategic expansion of the Admissions Life Cycle; * Improve user experience, by automating processes using a task management/workflow approach, where manual effort is focused more on exceptions rather than standard work items; * Complete a radical redesign of the Admissions cross-functional and end-to-end processes (from Apply to Registration), to simplify, remove complexity, and measure performance; and * Proactively respond to market demands and improve resilience across the University's admissions function, by streamlining the data collected and making the data accessible to all required users. Additional information: This contract is a call off from the SUPC SLRA framework agreement Lot 5 Software Services.
