The Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), a branch within UK Research and Innovation is seeking a team to support and coordinate the delivery of the Innovation Programme in Oil and Gas (IPOG). Working with, among others, oil and gas companies and their supply chain, policymakers, regulators, and environmental consultancies, the successful bidder will facilitate the transformation of knowledge, data, capabilities and skills of the NERC community into new value-adding approaches, tools and solutions that can be applied in the Oil and Gas sector and, where appropriate, more broadly in the offshore energy domain. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so. Once you have registered on the eSourcing Suite, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. This is done by emailing expressionofinterest@crowncommercial.gov.uk.
