Y21007 - Supply of IT Hardware including New, Remanufactured and Refurbished, Disposal and Associated Services
Notice Description
The Framework Agreement covers the provision of a full range of IT Hardware including new, Refurbished and Remanufactured as well as repair, disposal and associated services including support and maintenance. The Framework Agreement will be split into 4 LOTs: * LOT 1 - IT Hardware * LOT 2 - Remanufactured IT Hardware * LOT 3 - Refurbished IT Hardware * LOT 4 - IT Hardware Repair, Disposal and Recycling Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following product groups: * Desktop PC's * Laptops * Tablets * Thin client * Servers * Storage devices * E-Readers * Desktop printers * Spare parts and components * Networking and storage hardware Associated services may extend beyond the scope of the Goods/Services purchased and may include, but not be limited to; * End user support * Software * Service desk * Integration * Installation * Project management * Training * Asset management * Sanitisation * Approved destruction of products * Secure data erasure and destruction * Secure computer recycling and disposal * Auditable trail Additional information: To gain access and complete the necessary documents please follow the instruction below Visit - WWW.Kentbusinessportal.org.uk Select - Opportunities 10 / 10 Select Organisation - Commercial Services Select the opportunity appropriate to you from the list provided Express interest - you may need to register first Once successful expression is completed you can access and complete the requirements in two ways 1 - when you register you will receive a successful registration email, this also contains an link taking you direct to the opportunity 2 - when you log in to proactis go to my activities, select commercial services and you will be presented with the opportunity. If, at any time, you experience difficulty accessing ProContract please visit the help centre https://supplierhelp.due-north.com/ or alternatively contact ProContract on email: ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com or submit a ticket via the supplier support help desk http://proactis.kayako.com/default Tenderers should note the following when uploading documents to the ProContract portal prior to submission: A 10 Mb file will take approximately 5 minutes on average to upload on a standard Broadband connection (256 Kbps upload speed). Please take this into consideration when uploading larger files and ensure that you leave sufficient time to complete your submission. Instructions on how to submit your response can be found within the 'Help' facility in ProContract. These instructions should be consulted in order to ensure that your response is submitted correctly. The ProContract System maintains a strict audit trail part of which gives detail as to the exact time that a response was uploaded. This audit trail will be used to determine if a tender or mini-competition response is late. Member Authorities that have expressed interest in accessing the Framework Agreement from the outset are: Buckinghamshire Council Central Bedfordshire Council Coventry City Council Essex County Council Hampshire County Council Hertfordshire County Council Kent County Council (via KCS Professional Services) Other public bodies will have access to this Framework Agreement but may only do so with the agreement of the Contracting Authority. Those organisations who may wish to access this Framework Agreement will be members, affiliates and associates of the CBC Group, local government authorities, the police service, the fire service, the NHS and NHS trusts, housing associations, third sector organisations, academic centres (including Academies), free schools, publicly funded organisations and publicly owned private companies, operating within the geographic boundaries of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. The Framework Agreement will also be open for use by all other local authorities and public sector bodies. Full details of the classification of potential Participating Authorities and Customer's geographical areas and organisation classifications are detailed within the OJEU notice and ITT
