NOTE: This notice was updated on 22 December 2017 for the following reason: Access Code: 85R2UZVW2BThe Corporate Finance team is responsible for managing a loan portfolio of PS426m across 7 different counterparties supported by PS574m worth of assets with interest costs of Circa PS20m per annum. Aldwyck housing group has also entered into various complex hedging arrangements with 4 other counterparties which is supported by a further PS91m of assets. With a changing economic environment and risks associated with Brexit, we live in a time of great uncertainty and risk. The implementation of a new treasury management system fits in with the strategic goals and ambition to provide better quality of information to our executives and board, build in efficiencies and resilience. The system will give us the additional capability for modelling various risk scenarios (involving MtM, covenant breach, interest and inflation rates), streamline internal processes, get real time market data, remove dependencies on individuals and errors associated with manual processes. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
