Notice Description
City and Provincial Properties Investments Ltd (CPPI) is seeking a contracting party to undertake the RIBA Stage 5 Architectural services for a redevelopment of 9no. Buildings that collectively form the Rutland Mills complex. The site is situated to the west of Wakefield city centre and opposite the The Hepworth Wakefield. Full details can be found within the documentation. All relevant documents can be accessed via the In-tend Shared Services portal at https://in-tendorganiser.co.uk/intendsharedservices Responses should be returned no later than 11.59 pm, Wednesday 10th of June 2020. Submissions and/or related correspondence must be submitted via the In-tend Shared Services e-tendering platform as emailed submissions or communication will not be accepted.
