Notice Description
The NHS Health Check service is a national programme for adults in England between the ages of 40 to 74 years. It checks circulatory and vascular health and the risk of getting a disabling vascular disease.Under the Health and Social Care Act 2012, local authorities have a legal responsibility to commission and monitor their local health check programme. The contract starts on the 1 April 2019 for Milton Keynes local authority. Further details are available in the specification.
