As part of the redevelopment programme for OFD Thanckes, the purpose of this document is to outline OPA's requirement to carry out permanent dewatering of the NATO Storage tanks, the tanks are currently out of service. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
