Coast and Country Housing are seeking a suitable lift contractor to provide lift modernisations to a current lift in situ at Regent House, Darlington. the lift should be modernised to the specification provided within this tender. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
