Provider Panel for Residential Substance Misuse Services
Notice Description
Panel of Providers for Residential Substance Misuse Services. The Provider Panel has been divided into two Lots which categorise service requirements. Providers can apply to be on the Provider Panel to provide services for one Lot or both Lots as detailed below:- Lot 1 - Residential Rehabilitation from Substance Misuse: Lot 2 - Tier 4 In-Patient Detoxification Residential Services. The Provider Panel for Residential Substance Misuse Services is to be made of multiple providers (on a non-exclusive basis). The Council reserves the right to allow any additional Bidder(s) to apply to join the Provider Panel at a future date at the Council's sole discretion provided that they fully meet the essential criteria contained in this tender. Once the Provider Panel has been established and the initial members appointed the panel will close subsequently it is then the intention of the Council is to re-open the Provider Panel to allow new bidders to join. Please note that the Invitation to Tender documentation will be issued and available for free via the Procontract NEPO e-tendering system. Organisations can register electronically for the documents via the NEPO portal http://www.nepoportal.org. Then access the suppliers' area, select Durham to review the current tender opportunities and access the tender reference DN537633. If you have problems accessing the NEPO portal tendering system or downloading documents please contact the NEPO Portal Supplier Technical Support Proactis Helpdesk Ticketing System http://proactis.kayco.comEmail: ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Additional information: The duration of the Provider Panel Agreement is 3 years subject to the right of the Council (at its sole discretion) to exercise its option to extend for up to a further 36 months (in the form of 3 x 12 months extensions or up to 3 years) from the actual end date. The maximum length of the Provider Panel Agreement is therefore 6 years.
