Existing "must know" guides to support the successful supplier to understand the tone and level of content include: *Must know: youth services *Must know: obesity *Must know: adult safeguarding The guide should include: *Overview of relevant legislation and proposed legislation; *The implications of online harms for local government, including service delivery and supporting residents, staff and councillors; *Practical advice where appropriate to support councillors in delivering their responsibilities where this may be impacted by online harms. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
