Arts Council England (ACE) is seeking a supplier to undertake research within the music sector in the Midlands to help ACE to further support music development across the area. The research will focus on the musical genres of contemporary popular, jazz, world and folk music. Within these genres, the research will focus on the areas of talent development; diversity; venues, touring and networks.
