The principle objective is to provide commercial assurance for the efficiency process within the Complex Investment Programme (CIP). Such commercial assurance shall establish that the efficiencies reported by the CIP are in strict compliance with the efficiency guidelines and therefore safeguarding the integrity of the efficiency process.
