Provision of Avaya Telephony Support and Maintenance
Notice Description
Provision of Avaya Telephony Support and Maintenance Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) is inviting a suitably qualified Avaya Edge partner with a status level of Sapphire or above to provide a support and maintenance contract relating to our Avaya CS1000e, Avaya Aura Contact Centre 6, Avaya Call Pilot, Avaya 2330 Secure Router, Verint Impact 360 WFO and associated modules and equipment including licencing. Further details are in the Part A document - Section 2. Requirement - specification. Period of Contract As an indication the Contract is expected to commence on 28 October 2019 and will be for a period of 1 year until 27 October 2020, with the option for 2 further 12-month extensions on a 1 plus 1-year basis. Value of Contract The total estimated value excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract including all extension options is PS150,000. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract. Contractors/Supplier(s) Appointment On the basis of the Tender submissions the Council will select one supplier to be appointed under the contract to provide the Services in accordance with the published suitability assessment criteria and award criteria as detailed within the Invitation to Tender. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents.
