Berners House is located on Berners Street, in Fitzrovia. It is a eight-storey building including basement and ground floors which are partially linked with a premises on Wells Mews to the west. It has a Net Internal Area of 19,605ft2 . The proposed refurbishment and reconfiguration works are likely to include: * Overhaul and redesign of the main entrance and reception * Lift Replacement *Betterment to tenant facilities on the lower ground floor * Upgrade of building services * Sustainability works with an aspiration of achieving EPC B * Equality Act 2010 compliance * Common parts refurbishment including WCs and * External improvements at ground level to enhance the building aesthetic
