Replacement Patrol Vessel - Montserrat
Notice Description
The UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, on behalf of the Royal Montserrat Police Service (RMPS), has a requirement to Time Charter one, or two, Fast Patrol Vessels (FPV's) to support their law enforcement duties in the territorial and adjacent waters around the island of Montserrat and bidders are invited to put forward offers in accordance with the attached ITT package. The best solution to the requirement will be dependent on available vessels, their specification and possible permutations across options. Vessels submitted will be compared with the citeria contained in the statement of requirements and the technical requirements. This is NOT a tender for the purchase, lease, lease-purchase or rental of FPV's, but for their Time Charter on the basis of the terms and conditions contained within an amended BIMCO Supplytime 2005 Charter Party.
