This is an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement between NHS England and the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner for 3 years to coordinate and deliver, across local health and criminal justice partners, initiatives that support the objectives of the national sexual assault and abuse services (SAAS) strategy. This was procured through Regulation 12 (7) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
