This is a call for expressions of interest to attend a Market Engagement Event for NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB's Children and Young People's THRIVE Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Framework and complete a short questionnaire. The aim of the session is to gauge potential interest, inform the market of the Commissioner's plan for this service and any potential future procurement process, and review the potential structure of the contract. This will include discussions around an infrastructure management/lead provider model. This will include discussions around an infrastructure management/lead provider model. We are keen to hear from a full range of organisations including community based grassroots organisations as well as those that operate at a larger scale. If a competitive tender process is pursued by the ICB, it will be open to all suppliers regardless of whether they attended the Market Engagement event. The Market Engagement event will take place on 18th November 2022 via Teams. There will be subsequent engagement events at local level during w/c 29th November 2022 with dates and venues to be confirmed. This contract is for clinical services which are light touch regime services for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations ('Regulations'). Accordingly, the contracting authority is only bound by those parts of the Regulations detailed in Chapter 3 Particular Procurement Regimes Section 7. The contracting authority is not voluntarily following any other part of the regulations. Right to Cancel: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to discontinue the process at any time, which shall include the right not to award a contract or contracts. This is not a call for tenders and the Contracting Authority does not bind itself to accept any tender received, and reserves the right to award a contract in part, or to call for tenders should as considers necessary.
