Notice Description

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is looking to engage with local and small medium enterprises (SMEs) for the provision of Planned and Responsive construction related works to our schools and other Council buildings. If you wish to express an interest in joining the framework, you are invited to complete the Supplier Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) in order to meet our minimum requirements. The framework will be divided into Lots and the categories of works required will include: - Multi-Works - Roofs - Drains and drainage systems - General Build - Heating and boiler systems - Groundworks - Electrical and lighting equipment - Windows - CCTV and Monitoring Systems - Intercom and Security equipment - Landscaping and Horticultural The implementation of the DPS Framework will enable the Council to undertake further competition exercises amongst the pre-qualified contractors per the desired Lot. Further competitions will be undertaken in 2 formats: 1. Planned Maintenance - packages of works will be tendered and evaluated on quality and price award criteria. 2. Responsive Repairs - quick response exercise based on price only tenders. This framework will be for a period of 4 years and new contractors can apply to join at any time during this term.
