Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council require Architect services to provide the following services: 1. Feasibility study into options for shopfront improvements based on the Outputs contained in the Approved Business Case, including a simple Design Code; 2. Designs for individual shopfront improvements working alongside existing Traders and Stakeholders in accordance with the preferred option Design Code. Total contract value is fixed at PS77,620 It is anticipated that contract will commence on 1 February 2023.
