The aim of the service will be to: Keep carers informed Support carers to look after their health and well being Offer carers a break from caring Raise awareness of the role of carers The contract will be divided into 3 Lots:- Lot 1 - Young Carers Service Lot 2 - Adult Carers Service Lot 3 - Carer Relief
