Gascoyne 2 Community Hall M&E Works

Notice Description

The London Borough of Hackney is looking to award a contract for the installation and/or upgrading of electrical and mechanical and public health service services in Gascoyne 2 Community Hall. The works form part of a wider refurbishment programme which includes minor changes to the layout of the Hall, including a new, larger kitchen facility and new IT bar. The refurbished site will be used to provide a hub for a wide range of employment, public health and community services. The works will include, but are not limited to: refurbishment and installation of new air handling plant; drainage modifications to kitchen; replacement of existing sanitary ware; installation of a new incoming water meter and a hot water storage tank; electrical/lighting works; and extension of the existing fire alarm system. The works will ned to be carried out in accordance with the attached MEP specification prepared by Hurley Palmer and Flatt. Interested contractors who wish to visit the hall will be provided access upon request. Additional information: This tender will be administered via an e-procurement system called Pro Contract. Suppliers must be registered on the system in order to access the documentation and submit a tender.
