Notice Description
The Treasury Green Book update emphasises the need to understand scheme interactions. Good understanding is instrumental for informing which highway schemes to include in or exclude from a programme. This task is to use a newly developed tool to assess the level of interactions for two different portfolios of schemes, namely: - schemes being considered as part of RIS3, supporting discussion and decision making.
