The PCMS Consultant will be required to supplement the Civil Service team providing Programme Management Office (PMO), controls and core infrastructure services that can operate at the centre of the DEOP and across all DEOP projects, to leverage value across the entire programme and into the DEOP Office as per Annex A - PCMS Statement of Requirement (SoR).
