Notice Description

The requirement is for an experience events traffic management provider to work with the Council's event management team to develop traffic management plans and deliver the traffic management for the events detailed below: * 2017 Sunderland International Airshow * 2017 Sunderland Illuminations * 2018 Sunderland Tall Ships Race * 2018 Sunderland International Airshow * 2018 Sunderland Illuminations Organisations will need to demonstrate that they can fulfil contracts of the size and nature of this contract and have evidence of this within the last 3 years Additional information: ITT responses, supporting documentation requested and any specific queries must be submitted electronically via the NEPO e-tender portal at: www.nepoportal.org Should you require assistance in relation to the NEPO e-tender portal, please contact Proactis Supplier Support either on-line at http://proactis.kayako.com or via email to ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Please note, that submissions will not be accepted in either hard copy or email.
