Project Aim and Objectives To offer comprehensive advice to eligible individuals within the three (3) stages of menopause: perimenopause, menopause and postmenopausal. Project Outcomes Expected deliverables/outputs * Clear process for registration * Allocation of GP appointment within 10 working days from registration * Review of family history, personal health and lifestyle history before appointment * Review of possible treatment routes and lifestyles changes and their impact * Written GP report within 10 working days from appointment * Written recommendation letter to Consultee's GP - contents to be co-produced
