Notice Description

The Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership (BCLEP), Greater Birmingham & Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP), Coventry & Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership (CWLEP) and Staffordshire County Council (SCC) (the Procuring Authority) requires a supplier for the provision of a strategic employment sites study for the West Midlands. This will involve, (a) refresh of the evidence base contained in a previous study undertaken in 2015, (b) if the evidence refresh shows that there remains a shortfall across the area, make recommendations on appropriate strategic employment sites; and (c) identify and assess appropriate strategic employment locations. In addition to desk based studies, the work will also be informed by stakeholder groups. The key output will consists of a series of reports.
