As ORR does not have sufficient internal resource (staff) to undertake the volume of Enhancement Cost Adjustment Mechanism reviews required, it is looking to appoint specialist contractors to work alongside ORR's review team members in reviewing and assessing NR's enhancement projects cost estimates to determine an efficient funding level. Additional information: Tenders and clarification questions must be uploaded to the ORR eTendering portal no later than 17:00 on the dates shown above (joining instructions attached). Tenders uploaded after the closing date and time may not be accepted. Bidders have the facility to upload later versions of tenders until the closing date/time.
