Grant - support for Strategic Coproduction
Notice Description
The purpose of this grant is to enable people with lived experience receiving personalised care, community health services and/or primary care to be able to easily contribute to the delivery of the Directorate's strategic objectives. NHS England is committed to the quality of personalised care, primary care and community health services, which requires the active and equal engagement of people. The outputs of these activities mean: * There will continue to be a central resource for strategic co-production and commitment to coproducing all the Directorate's work based on people's lived experience * All guidance to the NHS should include the demonstrable contribution of people with lived experience in their design and delivery. This will improve the quality of the delivery support offer, and, in turn, ensure the quality of the offer to people who could benefit. * Primary care and community health services, nationally, regionally and locally, will have direct access to skilled and confident people with lived experience who can inform and guide their progress. * People with lived experience will contribute to 500 events and workshops attended by key decisions makers in health and care. This will ensure they are clear about the work across the Directorate and cognisant of the factors critical to successful implementation. * People with lived experience will be equipped to facilitate strategic coproduction activities, as well as to facilitate training for other people with lived experience who wish to participate in strategic coproduction activities. * There will continue to be co-delivery of training for regional and local systems.
