Notice Description

The Council is seeking to commission a Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Producer Compliance Scheme to service WEEE Designated Collection Facilities (DCFs) in Warwickshire. The Contractor must be registered as a WEEE Compliance scheme with the Environment Agency and/or the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA). Contract Period: 24 months from 1 August 2017 with an option to extend by a further two 12 month periods (to a maximum of 4 years) Additional information: The procurement process will be run electronically using the Authority's tendering portal. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home Registration onto the portal is free and all relevant documentation will be available to bidders. Should bidders have queries regarding the procurement exercise, they are required to contact the Authority using the Correspondence function on the tendering portal. If you are having trouble registering with CSW-JETS please email us at procurement@warwickshire.gov.uk Delivery Notes Any queries or requests for clarification MUST be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E Tendering portal. The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification. Requests for clarification will be accepted until Wednesday 24th May 2017, 12 noon. Applicants are required to answer all of the questions and return their completed response (including any associated documentation) by: Wednesday 31st May, 12 noon.
