Notice Description

ACAS is seeking bids from organisations able to provide and support an On-Line Training System for Safe Use of Display Screen Equipment which is compliant with UK Health & Safety Legislation requirements. This system/package will be accessed by up to 1,000 (one thousand) ACAS staff to assist them in optimising their DSE set-up. The staff are mainly office-based, however there will be a need for the system to be accessed from remote locations. An On-Line solution is required AHRC is flexible on the mechanism for delivering such training: the key element is that it shall be specifically tailored to meet the needs of the Arts &Humanities community. A key aspect of this is the reduction in the number of security classifications used. All potential suppliers should make themselves aware of the changes as it may impact on this Requirement.
