Notice Description

The aim of this Contract is for the provision of 'Telebuddies' - a Project within the Carers' Local Action Plan. This requires the design, delivery and evaluation of an effective telephone 'buddying' scheme for Carers - establishing and evaluating the effectiveness of two different models aimed at increasing Carers' emotional resilience, social contact and providing an early warning signs system to identify Carers at greater risk of isolation and making recommendations for future set-up. Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to "Express Interest" upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation through this e-tendering system. When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via In-Tend's website and/or e-mail and the tender documents can be accessed from the "My Tenders" area of this website then selecting the "View Details" button of this project. Clarification questions can be asked up until 5pm on 30th August 2017. The deadline for the submission of the bid is 12pm Noon on 4th September 2017. Any questions relating to this tender should be made via correspondence via the In-Tend website and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above. All correspondence will be replied to within three working days. Please do not contact members of BVSC directly in regards to questions about this tender.
