Notice Title

GB-London: Understanding Tech for Good in China

Notice Description

The UK defines 'tech for good' as "the use of digital technology to address a global or social challenge by creating a positive digital innovation or intervention." An organisation is referred to as 'tech for good' if its core mission or purpose is intentionally aiming to benefit society or the environment, enabling people to live healthier and more sustainable lives. We require a supplier to provide a report on tech that is addressing pressing social and environmental challenges in China. This will include a broad stroke overview of central government strategies and activity in key sectors followed by a deep dive into a priority sector. We would like this work to focus only on Chinese activity that is addressing social challenges within green tech, agri tech, health tech and education tech. Additional information: Tenders must be submitted via the Delta e-sourcing portal to be received by no later than 12:00hrs (GMT), 10th January 2020 (the deadline for receipt of Tender Responses). Please ensure that you allow yourself plenty of time when responding to this invite prior to the closing date and time, especially if you have been asked to upload documents. The budget for this project is in the range of PS45,000 to PS65,000 exclusive of VAT. Please note that, while not the only criteria, pricing is a key element of our evaluation criteria.
