If your organisation has already applied to be on the open list you DO NOT need to apply again .This PIN notice is advertising the opportunity for all General Practices within Buckinghamshire to provide the following Public Health Services; NHS Health Checks, Chlamydia Screening, Alcohol Relapse Prevention, LARC and Drugs Misuse (Shared Care). If you would like to be provide 1 or more of these services please review the service specifications and the Public Health Contract. Please submit the statement document via the messaging function on the Buckinghamshire Business Portal.
