Brief Description of Requirement The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a contractor to provide economic appraisal to inform an economic case as part of developing a successful business case based on HM Treasury's five-part business case model to secure new government investment on developing a broad, multidisciplinary research and innovation programme that can deliver whole-system solutions to reduce the clothing sector's negative environmental and social impacts and support a transition to a circular UK fashion and textile economy, should relevant opportunities arise. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Document Uploads tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
