NSDR Contractors - Case Team Leader
Notice Description
The Case Team Leader will be responsible for prioritising the work of the case investigation teams, and coordinating the work in close conjunction with other Department of Health & Social Care senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities and tasks include: - Managing and prioritising the allocation of new complex cases raised through the escalation process to ensure cases are allocated effectively and promptly - Ensuring reporting deadlines are met by the team - Validating effective case management within the teams - Managing daily touchpoint with Case Managers across various sites - Providing support and guidance to Case Managers to manage cases to prompt resolution
