***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 Research & Insights Framework Brief Description of Requirement The ISCF Made Smarter Innovation challenge was a +PS300m programme (public and private sector investment) running from 2019-2025. The challenge has been extended by a further year with an additional PS19.5M grant funding. An evaluation partner is needed to evaluate the work that is carried out by the challenge, to evidence that the public money spent on running it has made a positive impact and has been a good use of taxpayer's money.
