UK SBS SSAFM18076 BEIS Eco-Design Lighting Compliance Investigation
Notice Description
The National Measurement and Regulation Office within the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy have been conducting investigations into the compliance of GU10 Lamps as part of an Eco-Design Project to ensure conformity with Eco-Design Legislation. This direct award has been awarded under the premise that competition is absent due to technical reasons, this has gone under Regulation 32, sections 5b & 9 of the PCR 2015.
