Summary of the contracting process

The North West London Clinical Commissioning Group (NWL CCG) is seeking providers for the Community Independence Service (CIS) across Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster. This procurement process is currently in the planning stage, with a contract value of approximately £9,300,000 per annum. Interested parties should note that the engagement end date for this opportunity is set for 29 April 2022. The project is categorised under health services, specifically focusing on community health services aimed at preventing hospital admissions and rehabilitating service users.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in health services, particularly those offering rehabilitation and community-based care solutions. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in health and social care sectors would be well-suited to participate, especially those with experience in integrated service delivery models. As the NWL CCG transitions to an Integrated Care Board later in 2022, businesses looking to establish long-term partnerships and enhance service delivery for community health may find this to be a pivotal opportunity for growth.
