PAN1768 - Leicester Residents' Funeral Service - Concession
Notice Description
Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of municipal Funeral Services for the residents of Leicester to offer low cost fixed priced funerals to residents of Leicester. The requirement is to provide a standard pre-agreed and fixed price funeral service for City residents using Leicester City Council's cemeteries and crematorium. The Authority would then promote this service to help reduce growing levels of funeral poverty in the City. The Authority wishes to offer a fixed price dignified funeral service to its bereaved residents and will need this to be provided by a Funeral Director with premises within the city of Leicester. Further information about the opportunity can be found in the tender documentation. Submissions must be received via the EastMidsTenders portal: https://www.eastmidstenders.org/index.html. Late submissions and those received by any other means will not be accepted. Any queries/questions regarding this opportunity must be received via the ProContract portal only, otherwise they will not be responded to. Tenders must be returned by 12:00 noon on 16 April 2018 at the very latest.
