GM BGH Event Management Enterprise Festival
Notice Description
The GM BHG Enterprise Team is planning a large-scale event for our clients and stakeholders. We are seeking to appoint a main contractor who can provide a comprehensive, turnkey solution, managing the event from start to finish. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the event, including but not limited to: * Planning and venue sourcing * Marketing and promotion of the event * Production of marketing materials * Booking musicians and entertainment * Sourcing and setting up all relevant AV equipment * Event day coordination, including facilitation and organisation * Post-event data capture and reporting * Hiring a videographer and managing the filming on the day The GM BHG Enterprise Team is committed to promoting business growth and entrepreneurship. As part of our ongoing initiatives for clients and stakeholders, we are hosting an event that reflects our dedication to the business community. To apply for this tender opportunity, please register as a supplier on the Panacea Supplier Platform at the following web address: https://app.panacea-software.com/growth Once you have accessed the site, to view the opportunity you need to navigate to 'Register Interest', click the 'Participate' Button, then navigate to 'My Questionnaires' where you will be able to download the documents. Your tender submission must be made on the Panacea Portal. Please ensure ALL the relevant tender documents are included within the 'Response' section of the Questionnaire. You can add these individually or utilise a Zip folder to submit your response. Once uploaded, this will allow you to 'Submit' your bid. The documents contain instructions and information for your tender, including specification of requirements, and the key assessment and evaluation criteria that will be used to assess offers. The deadline for submission of the required documents is at 13:00 on 25th October 2024.
