Leicester City Council would like to purchase a Truck Mounted Hydraulic Platform. Leicester City Council are working with the trees and woodland team to invites Tenders for the provision of Truck Mounted Hydraulic Platform to enable them to safely carry out their tree maintenance duties within the city. The proposed Contract will be awarded to a single Contractor The Council wishes to ensure that its procurement opportunities are open to small and micro local enterprises and voluntary and community sector organisations as it appreciates the very important role they play in the local economy. Tenders from these organisations are particularly welcomed. Basic Specification: Chassis Cab, to vehicle manufacturer's standard specification fitted with Hydraulic Platform Diesel Engine 3.4 - 4.4 litre, 172 - 182PS, EEVI (OBD2) emissions control 3,640 - 3,740mm Wheelbase 7,500kgs GVM 10,950 - 11,050kgs GTM 6 speed automated gearbox 4.56: 1 rear axle ratio 115 litre (15.4 gallon) fuel tank Radio and CD player Thermoviscous fan Dual Passenger Seat Hazard Warning Lights Adblue locking tank cap Factory Finish White Number Pates: Spare wheel and tool kit not required Road fund license (12 months) Additional information: Leicester City Council would like to purchase a Truck Mounted Hydraulic Platform.
