Notice Description

This service relates to the provision of Voluntary/Independent Foster Care Provision for Children and Young People within the Tees Valley for Lots 1 to 6. Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council on behalf of; Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council wish to commission Independent Fostering Agencies (IFAs) to work in partnership to ensure that there is a high quality and sufficient offer of fostering placements. The councils are seeking to appoint providers in 6 lots. LOT 1 will be a standard placement lot with no minimum or maximum number of providers appointed to it. Lots 2 through 6 are specialist lots, of which only 1 provider will be appointed to each. All providers must qualify for Lot 1 to be considered for the specialist lots. LOT 2 Parent and Child Placements LOT 3 Children and Young People with Physical and Learning Disabilities or terminal/ life-limiting illness LOT 4 Children and Young People with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues LOT 5 Children and Young People at risk of Sexual Exploitation or Harmful Sexual LOT 6 Remand, Young Offending and Step Down from Residential Care Additional information: All documentation associated with this opportunity is available via www.nepo.org once you have expressed your interest you have immediate access to all documentation.
