Notice Description
The University is formally inviting you to participate in a Lot 2 mini competition for 'Finance Office Conversion'. Lot 2 Design Led Furniture Projects - Mini Competition, OJEU Notice: 2019/S 126-307964 We are currently looking for quotes to furnish a new teaching suite located in the current Finance offices which are being converted. Attached is the following procurement documents that must be downloaded and completed where relevant * Pricing Schedule * Layout plan & Build plan for room number references with supporting images * T730 Call Off Contract - Lot 2 The important dates and deadlines: Mini Competition released: 08/10/2021 Clarifications: 08/10/2021 to 21/10/2021 at 12 noon Mini Competition response deadline* 05/11/2021 at 12 Noon Award decision/order placed: 19/11/2021 Contract start: 19/11/2021 Contract term 19/11/2021 - 25/02/2022 *The University will not be accepting any tender submissions beyond this date and time. Delivery information: Delivery week commencing 14th February 2022, absolute completion required by 25th Feb 2022 Please utilise the clarification period, noting the dates above, if there is anything you are unsure about.
