Aim of tender exercise: To design and trial the role of Panel Process Observers in our peer review panels over the 2023-24 and 2024-25. The role of the Panel Process Observer will be held by a member of the EPSRC research and innovation community. In designing this pilot, the importance of high quality and relevant training for the panel process observers has been identified as key to its success. The aim of this tender process is to identify a supplier who can: •Work with EPSRC to develop the role description of the panel process observer in line with the above outline and the process by which Panel Process Observers operate and are integrated into panel meetings. •Develop and provide training to a cohort of around ten panel process observers and thirty EPSRC staff (panel convenors). Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Supplier Attachments tab within the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
