Strategic Grant - Miscarriages of Justice (2023 - 2026)
Notice Description
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is looking to appoint a supplier to support victims of a miscarriage of justice, through self-referral or from the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC), providing advice and support to enable integration back into society, including social welfare advice in the areas of housing, debt, benefits and health. Grant funding totalling PS300,000 across 3 years is available for this requirement. The service is required to commence from 1st April 2023. The Ministry of Justice is holding a virtual market engagement event on Wednesday 16th November 2022 at 3pm to present more detail about this requirement. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions. To register your interest and attend the event please use the following link; https://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk Once in the portal look for Strategic Grant - Miscarriages of Justice (2023 - 2026) and send a message with the following details to attend the event; - Company Name - Contact Name - Contact Email Address If you have any issues registering on the portal, please phone the e-sourcing central support team on 0845 0100 132. The Authority (MoJ) reserves the right to not proceed to tender. Additionally, the Authority reserves the right to discontinue the tendering process and not to award the grant. The information contained in this market engagement, including information relating to the nature and scope of the requirements, the estimated value, the service classification, is only indicative of current thinking and is neither exhaustive nor binding. This market engagement in no way obliges the Authority to commence any competitive tender process.
