Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment

Notice Description

Lichfield District Council (LDC) and Tamworth Borough Council (TBC) are seeking to commission a specialist consultancy to undertake and complete a Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment (HEDNA) to identify the future housing and employment growth needs across the two administrative areas. This will need to be prepared in accordance with the national guidance contained within the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) & Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). This study will form an integral part of the evidence base for the new Local Plans for Lichfield District (2016-2036) and Tamworth Borough (2016-2036). Additional information: All enquiries regarding this brief and proposal submissions should be directed to: procurement@lichfielddc.gov.uk Tenderers must submit their written statements and quotation electronically to procurement@lichfielddc.gov.uk by 12pm on the 22 February 2019. No proposal can be accepted if it is received after the specified deadline. Whilst this is advertised by Wolverhampton City Council, the procurement is Lichfield District Council's.
